    adware.purityscan - removal

I have something wrong with my computer. I have Windows XP with Symantec Corporate Edition Client on it. This is my office computer. Symantec tells me that my computer is infected with adware.purityscan. The only option symantec shows me is to stop the process and delete the file. It does that but on every reboot it comes back and i get the same message again. Can anyone with adware.purityscan - removal? Please help guys!

    Try this method :
    • Reboot your computer in safe mode
    • Scan with symantec and let it delete the adware
    • Remove the adware from startup if it exist there
    • Remove any other unknown process from startup
    • Reboot your computer and see if it comes back
