Can't play videos with belkin n router

I have connected my ps3 and media player through Belkin N Wireless Router. It work fine, i can play game with no problem but the problem is when try to play video it stop responding. What is the problem?. Should i change some settings on my PS3 or format the ps3 completely so it can support videos or any setting with belkin n wireless router? Any help will be extremely appreciated.

Turn on your modem..wait for it to connect and after that turn on your router.Right click on your wlan card icon bottom right in the taskbar then click on show all wireless networks. Check the audio/visual plugs are set up correctly. Try looking over them, and Click on belkin n router and push connect. It will connect properly then try to play video.

First you need to make sure everything is hooked up correctly and working of course. Did you turn on WMV in the settings? Router will allow to pass internet access on your network, first off the firmware update for this router must be bugged.
