    Wireless networks conflict

    Hi,
    I currently setup a Hybrid network with wireless connectivity to number of computer in office with windows xp, i checked all the connection but i cant able to access my share printer,How can i slove this with windows xp ? Thanks in advance.

    For a home installation, try disabling any firewall software you have and see if you can connect and print from the remote machine.

    Also, insure 'file and printer sharing,' are enabled on the host machine.

    try adding it this way:
    browse to workstation that has printer attached. drill down until you see printer. double-click printer. say yes to prompts

    here are a few things to check for

    - cabling on the staff pc... look at the connectors... did anything get moved around that my have damaged them
    - connect staff pc to another port on the switch
    - reinstall the printer driver on the Staff PC, delete the share, and recreate
