    Exchange 2003 & OWA - Messages disappearing from Inbox

    Hi,
    We are running Exchange 2003 server and OWA for our remote users. Everything is working very well, with one exception. We have one user who can see all of his e-mail when using Outlook, but when he connects with OWA, all of his messages in the Inbox will disappear once they've been marked as read. The messages are still there if he goes back and connects with Outlook.

    He does not have any rules enables, and there doesn't seem to be any "View" setting in OWA. (At least none that I can find.)

    He's the only user that's having this problem, so it sure seems like it's a user setting... somewhere.
