DS108j - Setup/installation constantly breaks off

I added myself a Synology DS108j and a 1 TB Samsung HD103UJ. Everything is attached at a AVM Fritz box 3270. With would drive out the Assitenten for the plant of the system and data partition as well as the installation of the software breaks off the assistant regularly.Error message: The file could not be installed. The file is probably damaged.That cleverly either with production of the data partition or with installing the software.Afterwards the assistant does not recognize the DS any longer. Only switching on and off help. However the Assitent breaks off then again and again.1] 3 x a full RESET accomplished.2]current firmware and assistant software downloaded.Nothing helps, the installation off again and again breaks.Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

Do you load the firmware with a Downloadmanager down or on the normal way with the InternetExplorer or Firefox?

Do you have times try your DS directly to your computer to attach? In addition you must give however a firm IP address to your computer. Thus without the Fritz box between them. Do you access by WLAN or by cables your DS?

I load the software via Firefox on my computer, unpack these and put loosely. Actually the DS in the network for all… thus to the Fritz box, if it goes only over a direct connection, probably is it is not nothing for me. My computer is connected via LAN cable with the Firtzbox.

The non removable disk development times from your DS and installation it times into your computer. In the computer then the non removable disk formated… with Fat/Fat32 or NTFS… actually all the same. Then again into the DS build and the procedure with the firmware try again.
