    No Right to delete

Is there a way to assign the user rights to read and write to a file. But not a file to delete or modify. I need this to provide users with the ability to project files off your computer and not to copy other files to modify or delete. Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

with "on-board resources," not on file level, but at the level of "shared folders"

could be part of the limited number of users of the WHS as follows: Each user of the WHS has its own user account, thus a "personal folder". Using "User Access" you can then choose to have all users in all the "personal folders" must read, but also in their own writing.

That is not feasible, because writing is always simultaneously deleting / modifying. What prevents the user, for example, because the file in text editor and the entire contents with a space to replace it? Then he has the file is not deleted, but the content is still there. The only viable option I see is the use of multiple folders with different permissions.

You have quite obviously, there are on NTFS also possible to delete a file at any point is just my opinion, useless when the contents of the file can change, because then the application information is gone, which to me is equivalent to a deletion.
