Memory for SCALEO Home Server

Hello,
as far as I know, the SCALEO Home Server only one slot for RAM. I would like from 512 MByte to 1 or 2 GB upgrade. Can someone tell me, after a memory name, I must seek, or perhaps even a concrete recommendation? With a pair of memory can I use in the computer probably does not start.

The SCALEO Home Service 1900 model boasts a capacity of 1TB (2x 500GB hard drives) & the Home Service 1500 model stores up to 500GB. quiet SATA2 hard drives running at 7200rpm & can be further extended by adding external hard drives via USB or eSATA connection.
