Windows of Norton virus alert on the desktop

I have a problem with two dll that Norton tells me to be infected and can not repair:
    C: \ Windows \ system32 \ wdmpmsvc.dll (name virus: Backdoor.Trojan) and
C: \ Windows \ system32 \ mscart.dll (name virus: Downloader) and no other information on the types of virus.
I did a complete system scan with Norton, after the disabled system restore, and found the two viruses that made me remove it when you restart Windows, I always appear windows of Norton virus alert (high risk) and you can not quit.
Spybot and WindowsDefendere not find anything strange and what Norton scan in Safe Mode does not start !!!!!
Continuous ada always have these windows Norton in the foreground on the desktop.
    What to do? THANKS

Hello welcome to the emergency room of HU.

To completely clean the PC follow the guidance for disinfecting infected and run, in order, all the scans and loading logs on, in a single post, and arrangements.

By cleaning unnecessary files, and scans of real anti-spyware (1 and 2) and antivirus (3 and 4) a PC you already cleaned up to 90%, the first 4 scans will last at least an hour each, the other scans are and quick serve us for information required for the remaining operations.

In summary, after the rehabilitation of disabled system, made the cleaning of old files with ATFCleaner, we want to be in order and although it was not detected anything:

    1. Log "]Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
    2. Log Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool
    3. List of 2008 best virus removal tools

If you think the infection can be started from USB keys, or to have infected external hard disk, connect the first point 1 to be cleaned during the disinfection, and in this way avoids even after you've cleaned the PC.

Except for performing updates and then scans that require a connection to the Internet is always recommended to remain uneven and not use the computer for other tasks.
The scans loopholes in order and not the same risks that the programs do not play well their task, and more tired the system will not earn time anyway ...

Then all scans made with the various programs mentioned in the guide were negative ! I am not here to post its log because Nothing was found. The only thing I saw that it worked was the cancellation of the two dll Notify indicted by Norton with its windows always on top on the desktop via the usefulness of the cancellation manual PrevxCSI. Indeed after the restart windows do not open more !! I also follow the directions on the post disinfection. What I remains to be done, or go so well? Thank you

    Hi
I work for an external service assistance to Symantec. In the name of Symantec would like to apologize for your problem. We have forwarded the issue to customer service to Symantec and we received the following reply:
"If you have a version of 2006, 07 or 08, you can upgrade for free (if you have Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Vista), downloading the trial version from www.symantec.com / trial-it. During installation Your current version will be removed and replaced by that of 2009. The subscription will be automatically detected and added to the 2009 version.
You should also remove Spybot. After installation, run a complete system scan to detect and remove the infection / i.
You can also run the recovery from the recovery CD to recover your computer. "

The test and please tell me whether your problem is resolved. A feedback would be great!

    Greetings
