anti-virus blocks program- How to unlock?

Hello!

I like anti-virus Avast but I have a program that can not run because avast think it's a virus. How to "unlock" the program to open it without giving a warning that avast?

Well with mine I just open AVG then choose computer scanner then select view virus vault.In the list of things there will be the file you want.Click on it then choose restore.
