how to trace users visiting websites?

I want to know the following
How can i trace users in domain environment? about what sites users are visiting an all? Is there ant way to do this?

There are many software programs on the market. Some are easy to use and some very complex. Some are affordable and some cost an arm and a leg. Depending on your level of technical expertise and your time and interest, you can buy one and install it yourself, or outsource it to a metrics consultant who can interpret the stats for you.
I use ISA Firewalls and GFI WebMonitor to do this.

If you fiqure a certain user is surfing somewhere they should not be one thing you could do is setup a GPO for the local computer policy. Turn off thier ability to clear the cookies and tempoary internet files, change thier password and log in to thier computer. Dirty trick but it works.

Can you explain this some more in detail! What is "GPO" & how can i setup this? Is there any guide available for this? How to turn off the ability to turn off the cookies & temp files? Sorry but i am really interested! I wont mind even if its a dirty trick!
