    AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 BE computer freezing

    The following are mine system specification:
    K9A2 Platinum 7376 v1.0
    GHz Black Edition 0.825 - 1.425 V 125W AM3
    2x Corsair DDR2 XMS2 2048MB 800 MHz 1.80 V
    nVidia GeForce 7900 BFG GT OC 256MB memory 256-bit interface PCI-Express
    2x Samsung 500GB SATA 7200 rpm 16MB
    Alpine 700W +3.3V 24A; +5V 34A; +12V 38A; -12V 0.5A; +5VSB 2.0A

    After installing Windows XP and all additional programs, as well as the driver of the system worked very well but while p[laying game or working on the software mine system will freezes automatically. Now I don’t what to do and how to solve the issue. Can anyone suggest on this.

    It is quite seem like any of the question of the GPU otherwise the issue related to CPU. As you can tell that you can play some time then suddenly freezes. So for this problem most likely is not only a reason and that is a high temperature. Perhaps your CPU temperature, otherwise the GPU temperature goes above the stable system conditions that is causing the suspension of the process and do nothing. Usually, a terrible problem that can make the hardware or components from damage. Check the temperature of the system while running games or application which you’re using.

    I also tried to flush out of the three memory cards without first problem was stiil alive. However, I recognize that it was not effective for the simple reason that no adventure if I use 2 of 3 of them otherwise. The two main uses dual channel and the third not. Except I'll still buy one quarter with the intention of completing the slots, so everything is installed properly! Also I will run the memory test to make sure there is nothing wrong with RAM slots or sticks. The power supply seems fine. No need to touch it.

    I guess the problem may also be linked to a hardware breakdown. First, make sure the exact power connector and see connected appropriately or not. After checking all the cables connected to the rear panels and then make sure the processor is positioned appropriately. Shutdown and detach the power supply. Take away the processor and go through the manual and place the processor appropriately. If there is a be short of power supply can reason freezing.

    You need to make sure that the driver of the processor is compatible with the device manager. You can boot into safe mode and make sure that first. Go to the start and after that click on the run. Now on the run type: devmgmt.msc and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the device manger and under that find the processor from the list. Find the driver and see if you install it. If you right click on it to update the driver. Run a diagnostic program to test the system hardware. Also, try uninstalling the driver by right clicking on the processor and click Uninstall. Restart and reinstall it automatically or manually.

    I think the power would be a good solution for your problem. Maybe if the new CPU necessitate additional power, it would not be able to provide the same and make sure you have a nice cooler could be better with the system. The same could work with the old CPU, it would necessitate only one watt of power contained by it. There may be an opportunity that the processor is not only well-matched with the motherboard.

    You said that your device is new, why cannot you visit a service center of AMD. You'll get the replacement warranty of your device. Even I have gone through the issue and after that I have made contact with the AMD support and after that they have solved mine problem. So just make contact with then or go through your issue with the service center and after that they will solve your issue.
