replacement of motherboard

I am using MSI k8MM-V, MS-7142, 1.00 Motherboard with Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 2800+, x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 10, Processor Count: 1.

Right now i want to replace my mobo due to its huge functinal problems with a new one on which both my processor and the DDR ram supports.

Please advice...

Nowadays all motherboards which is present in a market are basically compatible with the DDR 2 or DDR 3 ram, and as per my knowledge i think DDR ram production is closed. so whatever motherboard at the moment you will get are with the support of DDR 3 ram so i will suggest you to buy motherboard with the DDR 3 ram support which will give you best application supports.
