Ram overclocking errors on MSI Eclipse SLI + Intel core i7

I am having MSI Eclipse SLI on the computer of mine. I wanted to reach 3.8ghz but I wanted to know how can I reach the same? I would be really delighted if you can give me exact settings about the same. I have also noticed that the memory is running at 666 Mhz than that of the 1333mhz. Let me know why it is happening and tell me if you are having any specific suggestion to troubleshoot the problem of mine. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am unable to figure out the problem without knowing about the system configuration of the computer of yours. tell me which operating system do you have installed? Which version of BIOS do you have installed? It would be great if you can post the screenshot of the CPU-Z. Let me know if you are having any other information to figure out the root cause of the problem.

Well looking at the situation I recommend that you should simply adjust the frequency of DRAM from the BIOS by simply modifying the Memory Ratio. You have to see that you set the memory timing to 9-9-9-24 and tRC=34 and Command Rate = 2T. I think the memory would be running at 1T and hence this particular problem might be happening. So try the thing which I have mentioned over here and let me know whether it is working or not.

I am highly suspecting that there is an issue with the voltage of DRAM. I recommend that you should simply increase the level of Voltage level o 1.6 V. another thing which you should try is to disable the spread spectrum. I let you know that 533 MHz and 666 MHz is referred as real clock speed and you have to multiply the same with x2 so that you can get the possible effective ratings for the system of yours.

Well according to me you will be able to get the clock speed of 3.8Ghz. to get the same you have to alter bclk for 146X26 and you have to make the memory ratio to 5. you have to take care of the thing that you have set the uncore ratio to 10. you have to disable the number of settings on the computer so that the thing can work for you. as far as i know you have to disable C1E, Overspeed Protection and C-State on the computer.
