On board sound card is not working in MSI 890GXM-G65

In my computer I have using following specifications MSI 890GXM-G65 mother board and I amusing widows 7 operating system n my computer, I am using Saphire 5770 graphic card also in my computer. all the things were going perfectly but suddenly my computer is not giving me any sound from my computer. Please give me solution to solve this issue. Any help will be appreciated.

According to me you have to first check that in the device manger you is showing the sound card or not if it is showing the sound card then you have to right click on it and after that you have to check that whether it is enabled or not. If it is not enabled then you have to make it enabled first and after that you will be able to solve your problem. If your sound card is not listed in the device manager then I think there might be something wrong with your sound card.

If you don’t know how to check about sound card in device manager then I will help you with it. First you have to go to my computer and after that you have to go the properties and then you have to click on the device manager. Now after doing that you will see t he one list. In that list you have to check that under sound and video controllers your sound card is listed or not. If it is not listed then your sound card has some fault and you need to repair it. I hope this information will be helpful to you.

After referring your post I have checked about my Sound card in device manager by following your steps and my sound card was listed in device manager. I have also tried to solve this issue by disabling it the sound device and enabling it again but after doing that also I still get the same problem. Please tell me is there anything wrong with my sound card or this problem is related to sound drivers. Please reply me as soon as possible.

Try any headphone or any other external speakers with your computer and after that check whether you are getting the sound or not. If you are not getting the sound in headphone also and your system is showing audio device enabled then I think there might be something wrong with your sound port. First make sure your sound port is working properly and if it is not working properly then repair it first.

Most of the time due to drivers issues also this kind of problem also takes place and I think you should try to solve this issue by removing the sound drivers from your computer and after that installing it again. Now if after doing that also if you still get the same problem then I think you have to download the updated sound driver from internet and after that you have to install the updated drivers in your laptop. May be after installing the updated drivers your problem will gets solved.

As you have said in your post that I am facing this problem because of the driver issue and after reading that I have tried to solve this issue by reinstalling the driver but after reinstalling the drivers also I was having the same issue. Now after that I have downloaded the updated drivers in my system and after that I have installed it in my computer and after doing that my problem gets solved. Thank you for helping me.
