SLI of ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution is not working

I've been using Windows Vista running computer which has got ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution motherboard installed in it. The SLI of the Asus motherboard is not working with Windows XP Service Pack 3 as well as 64-bit Windows 7 operating System. Does anyone know what must be causing the issue in the ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution motherboard which is installed in my computer. Any type of help and support will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
