Need advice for choosing a new motherboard

Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 or Asus P8P67 DELUXE

Which one you think is the best, why?

Both are intel boards but I love asus motherboards the most. In 90's I was using a Asus p4p deluxe motherboard which worked for almost 5-6 years without giving any trouble, still it is working but other parts attached to it isnt like the processor and the graphics card because of heating issues, cause i liked to game a lot on the same board. In this decade I bought the new Asus P5q deluxe which is quite a good companion and till now I havent had any problems so far.

What about Graphic Card, do you think Asus (GT440 ~ 1GB DDR3) is good?
I'm not a gamer, but most of the time I will be using my PC for long hour doing some design work.

See if you are not a gamer and you want some descent performance then Asus will be better for you. no issues you can certainly go ahead with the choice. Otherwise anything from nVidia or ati is a good option. As of now Asus GT440 is a good option for you. You can certainly go ahead with the choice that has been mentioned by you.
