Cyclic reboot error on 965P-DQ6 motherboard based computer

I come across an error while I turned on my PC this afternoon. Specially, the computer rebooted in a cyclic fashion with regarding 4 second among reboots. I tried a reset plus power off however the PC did not boot correctly until I disconnect as well as reconnected the major power supply to the motherboard. The PC has been functioning correctly for quite a few months as well as I have not altered hardware or the Bios/Bios settings in excess of a month. This made me a bit worried. Any input, probable explanations and idea for trouble shooting would be respected.

After much research on 965P-DQ6 motherboard issues, your sign may point to a recognized hardware clash among the ICH8R as well as the Yukon Marvel LAN. This was carry regarding for the reason that BOTH Intel as well as Marvel have been providing fresher drivers to Microsoft, which Microsoft afterward pushed to Operating system’s through Windows update. In other words, everyone was attempting to slowly solve this problem, as well as the second solve broke the first solve, the fourth solve broke the third, etc...

If you have a SATA RAID array, OR a SATA CD/DVD Drive, then you have to do this to solve this issue. You have to confirm that you have the most new intel 965P inf as well as MatrixStorage from intel. As well Gigabyte has newly released a flash for the Marvel EEPROM in DQ6 sustains area. (some were capable to check this answer by only disabling LAN, for others the check failed. To utilize the fresher F9 bios from Gigabyte, as they addressed one more SATA problem with SATA drives on ICH8R or Gigabyte SATA as your F7.

From my opinion after you switch off the power did you find the message prompting you to place setup or utilize defaults? The very similar message you observe after flashing. The cause I inquire is that this cyclic restart is the same to what occurred after you flash your BIOS, as well as that you resolved it with a power down (consequently a probable CMOS reset if your battery is flat) may identify the onboard battery.

Thank you for your assist. The Intel drivers were modern as well as I Installed the Marvell driver. I had complexity with the F9 bios as well as reverted back to F7 a only some week before this issue first happen. The system went a only some days with no reoccurrence of the cyclic reboot .same issue and similar solution. The incompatible nature of the issue makes it hard to trouble shoot.
