Boot issue on Intel DP45SG with DDR3 1333

I have a DP45SG Xtreme SG plate for DDR3 memory, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, DDR3 Nvidia video card 9600 with 1 terabyte hard disk and the processor is a Core Quack recently purchased, when I turn it sounds as if it cost him on and get a message that says: Intel (R) Boot Agent GE vl3.22 failure and then something like check the cables and the screen is gray. Turn off the CPU and back on and just goes around and the same problem reappear again. Currently I am not having any idea why this is happening or what is the cause of this problem. Other things that can help you in providing solution are these things. I am using windows 7 operating system and the power supply I am having is 750 Watts.

I am not sure that this will help you to solve the problem that you are facing but you can try this for solving the problem you are facing. First of all check the connection to your hard drive and then disconnect and then again connect it. There are chances that this problem is occurring because of this. You can also check the bios settings to check whether the hard disk is connected or not. If your bios is not detecting your hard disk then there is a problem with your hard disk. As far as I know this problem cannot be related to your DDR3 1333. I hope that this will solve the booting problem that you are facing.

I am also facing similar problem with my Intel DP45SG motherboard and I am sure that this problem is not related to hard disk because my bios is detecting the hard disk. See I am not too much knowledge of technology but seeing this problem I have reached one conclusion. The conclusion is that it is not booting from the CD-ROM or floppy disk or hard drive. The thing is that all the things are detected in BIOS but it is not booting, this means that all the traffic in BIOS is not leading to anywhere. Now I need suggestions from your side.

For solving the problem that you are facing you have to locate the jumper on the mother board that can be used for resetting the BIOS. If you are not able to find the jumper then there is battery located on your motherboard. You just need to remove that for some time approximately 30 minutes. This will reset your bios setting. For now the only information found on your motherboard is: CM Micro Star Inc. (MSI) for PC MEDION type, with chipset VIA Apollo 133; Award Bios V6.00 PG Win bond W6318M7 coupled version of the file manager 1.8. But this information does not come from the manufacturer site or a third party site. So I can not verify the architecture diagrams for now.
