Need help upgrade to Intel D865GLC MB

I want to be upgrade my desktop computer. There is now pentium4 cpu and motherboard is Asus 845. I am using it since last 2 years when that motherboard had lunched. I have good speed of processor about the Intel brand and it speed has 2.8 GHz. It is more useful for me. Now my motherboard on board display port has to be gone. So I need new motherboard for my processor. Can anybody suggest to me which Intel motherboard is suitable for me.
