Motherboard won't identify my sound card of Win7

I have newly changed my Operating System one day before form Win7 from Win XP on my system. After I start my system it wouldn't play sounds and the error is occurring there is no sound device. I thought I require a driver for my Creative Sound Blaster card but I remember any of my PCI slots on motherboard were working because it won't even recognize it’s there. I can't come across PCI drivers that work. Please help me.

Thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

Thank you for the help. But I found a driver and installed the driver to my computer I thinks everything is okay, but no sound is made. I checked Windows Audio Services and it was switch on. When I have plug to a stereo speaker into a regular jack and allow to the analog audio, the speaker start so that I think the sound card is actually connected to my computer and the driver is working. Everything was working every good when I had Win7 on my system. I have seeing the connector of the speaker it also good enough so what will be the other problems on my system.

I was facing the same problem of not hearing the sound form the computer system. I knew the knowledge of the hardware troubleshooting for that I have removed the problem from my computer by installing the Sound Driver on the system and then restart the system. This way I have sorted my problem of the sound.

Yeah, I have the same trouble what you are having. Just you look is there any checkbox available in the Config section of the sound card within the control panel of the system which allow the sound card to hold only the output digital of the system. You can now go to check whether the digital sound card is checked or not because it sometime does not identify the form of sound driver which you have in your system
