ta790gx a3+ unstable

hello everyone! i have the ta790gx a3+ board and im running amd 965 black processor with 4gb of patriot gaming memory and a xfx 5750 gfx-card. the issue i am having is when trying to overclock through bios it becomes unstable and restarts, primarily on the v12 setting sometimes with the v8. also not the windows based overclock utiity sidebars of the window where the arrows are to expand the window are misaligned in relation to the backround of the window. i am running win 7 64bit. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated

Well according to me if you do not have the deep knowledge of the overclocking topic then you should not go for that because it can damage your system. But even if you want to try for that, then use the latest overclocking software such as riva tuner.
For solving your problem start your system in the safe mode restore your system setting to the last restore point.
