Xeon W3520 Vs i7 920

Hello Guys,

I have to discuss one of my confusion related to the Intel processors. I have to upgrade my computer system. But I am totally confused between two Intel processors, i.e Intel Xeon W3520 and another is Intel Core i7-920. I am unable to find the best processor among these two processor. I wonder if you are able to let me know your suggestions over Intel Xeon W3520 and Core i7-920. I am waiting for your reply.

A Core i7-920 is a 64 bit microprocessor produced by Intel. Technically, it may belong to the family Nehalem or Westmere. The Core i7 models are initially quad-core but have subsequently been translated into dual-core models (Arrandale) and hexa-core (Gulftown).
