I am new to this forum. I have Alienware M17X which is 1 year old. I want latest bios file for M17x. Please can anyone help me to get latest bios file for M17x. Please help me.

As per my information A01 is the latest version of M17x. It has 8 MB in size. Please refer to the A01.txt included in the download for full list of fixes and enchancements. Dell recommends applying this update during your next scheduled update cycle. The update contains feature enhancements or changes that will help keep your system software current and compatible with other system modules (firmware, BIOS, drivers and software).

You have to use Alienware M17x Notebook Bios A00. Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This is because if any process gets wrong, then to will help you. wrong This will help if you installed a wrong driver. As per my knowledge M17 B14 bios is the latest version. I also use this version and this works fine in my computer. I think you also use this version to upgrade your computer's BIOS. In this case you have to just download it and then install it in your computer. You can get this file from any where. Just search it on the Google.
