CPU cache bios settings for windows

I need some information on what is CPU cache. What it meant and for what the service is used in BIOS. I had disable that for some reason. It was written in the troubleshooting tips. I want to know whether disabling that can spoil the thing. Also what is CPU L2 Cache ECC Checking. And also post some more advanced system options in it. What are they for and what are the support for the same.

The CPU cache bios settings for windows, the CPU level 1 cache in this the BIOS setting can be facilitate the CPU's L1 which is a primary cache. But in natural the default setting is facilitated. It is the characteristic which is more useful for the overclockers who can desire to pinpoint the cause of their unsuccessful overclocking.

In the CPU Level 2 Cache in this also it has the option called Enabled and Disabled. In the BIOS the setting is the same which is facilitate for the CPU's L2 as a secondary cache. Basically the setting is default. This features is also same as the CPU level 1 cache, which is pointed to the cause of their unsuccessful overclocking. If the CPU will not reach the limit of 500MHz with the L2 cache facilitated and vice versa; then the L2 cache will be stopping the CPU from reaching 500MHz stably.

In this you also have the CPU L2 Cache ECC Checking, like the above it also have the option of Enabled and Disabled. This characteristic facilitates or disables the L2 cache's ECC checking function, if it is available. It is suggested because it is a best characteristic and can detect and correct the single-bit errors in data stored in the L2 cache. It can also detect the double-bit errors but the problem is that it cannot correct it. But the ECC checking stabilizes the system particularly at overclocked speeds when errors are most likely to creep in.

There are those who supported or promoter disabling ECC checking because it will diminish the presentation. The presentation difference is negligible, if at all. However, the immovability and dependability achieved via ECC checking is real and considerable. It may even facilitate you to overclock higher than is possible with ECC checking disabled. So, facilitate it for added stability and reliability.

In this you also have the Processor Number Feature and also the same option called Enabled and Disabled. If you are installing the Pentium then only this feature will be valid. If you are not having the Pentium then it will not appear. The processor installed. This characteristic facilitates you to control whether the Pentium. You can read the serial number by the external programs. This facilitate if your secure transactions require you to use such a characteristic.
