Quad core Nehalem for notebooks

i am not techie person but i have doubt about Quad core Nehalem actually what i read is for notebooks , Nehalem can be good for pc which provides the best performance but i am not able to understand Quad core Nehalem and Nehalem is that same also does Quad core Nehalem for notbook available ?
