CPU does not start up

Hello,
I have a PC , if I start it incites fans (on the cpu and other fan on the motherboard) run. Furthermore, nothing happened, I can not get a picture, yet that the motherboard beep signals.
I have all had loose hardware as including all memory banks from there.
If I go to the opening press only the fans turning, few seconds after you hear is not the familiar beep that the CPU is OK.
More than that is not happening.
I suspect that the motherboard itself or CPU is deceased.

you can usually hear the beeps what is going on, you can beep signals Lookup in the book of your motherboard.

As I also mentioned that the motherboard does not beep signals.
Only the fans turning, more is not done.
All hardware do I have uncoupled, there is now only 1 memory bank. (memory is not the problem, or have already tried one of the banks will be defective.)

Reset the BIOS completely agree, maybe that helps.

• Plug in the diet and get
• Food Plugs of the motherboard untie
• All cables (HD, CD, floppy, sound etc) of the motherboard get loose
• All cards remove the video card
• Remove Memory
• Battery out scrum
• Just for a few seconds with a screwdriver the 2 contacts of the battery-holder short circuit,
• Battery back,
• Plug in again and continue.

Because there are no video card and memory in it, the motherboard would be wheezing.
If not, motherboard piece.If so, video sites, try again.If the motherboard beeps again, then memories and try again. Until you find out where things go wrong.
