what do you think is the best graphic card in the world and the price ?
what do you think is the best graphic card in the world and the price ?
9800gtx is the best & i bought it for 30000 k straight ahead, also note that it is an Pcie-Express card
Hi 05kscott,
you didn't mention in which field you need the best graphic card, gaming or something else well if you need best graphic card in gaming i think XFX 9800 GX2 is the perfect choses for the gaming. This video card packs two GPUs onto one card for levels of performance never before seen with one graphics card. If one just isn’t enough for you a pair can be ran for quad SLI that actually works. This card isn't cheap, but the best never is.
I have a another question in which price you need the best graphic card ?you didn't mention in which field you need the best graphic card, gaming or something else
yeah cause of the import duty levied upon the poor people here, government & there best
If you be under the range of $400 like me, so the NVIDIA 7900 GTX Graphics Card . NVIDIA performance in the $400 and below price range. You have to do some shopping to find this card sub $400, but it can be done. Don't expect to get the flagship models in the 7900 GTX range like the overclocked XFX XXX edition for under $400
9800GTX is avalilable at around 20K i suppose in india... i recently read nvidia decreased its value to $199. So, go ahead and buy it if u get it somewhere around that price.
GX2 is in the 30K range in India. Its around $400 i suppose in the US.
If you are not from India, you can also go for the ATI HD4850 (bit slower and cheaper than 9800GTX) or the ATI HD4870 ...to be avaliable soon (quite a bit faster and costlier than the 9800GTX) Offcourse if u want SLI, go for GX2... best avaliable...
In my opinion you should visit Pricelist link for pricing.
Good luck!
Thats a great price listing, but it still lacks a lot of cards, and need updating. The prices of GX2 have dropped wuite a bit i think, and the ATI cards need more of their species to be listed.
Good to find the PCI(VGA) price listinf too, but there must be more of them still alive. Am looking ofr one now to fit an 845 actually...
ok thanks i from uk btw and i have just bought 9800gtx for $195.00
Great buy man!!!!
btw i never knew u could get them at the same price as of US in UK!! i heard they were costlier anywhere outside US!!! Man i wish the Indian market catches up with the world soon. The prices are sky high over here!!! the 9800gtx are almost $500 here in India!!! :'(
but how much import duty???
cummon!!! its there in UK for $195 and here ~$485 !!!
Its like around 150% duty!!! I don't think thats the right thing! I mean even if i personally ask for overseas shipment from the US!!! that would be much cheaper than the retailer rates over here!!!
Hey have any of seen the recent benchmark reviews!!! A single HD4870 beats the Nvidia 9800GX2 handsomely!!! One GPU beating the high end dual GPU and must be much lower cost. I mean in india... ppl are expecting it to be around 16-18K(when it comes ) while the GX2 is around 30K!!!
Offcourse the 4870 is gunning for the GTX280, but still that would tooo unaffordable for most of the ppl, including me!!!
Waiting eagerly for the 4870 man!!!! hope it lands in India soon!!!
Hmm been some time since last here.
But AMD HD 4850 is the best bet at below 200 USD
True nowadays HD4850 seems to be making all the news. But its USD199 and if the 9800GTX is avaliable for USD195, the later seems a better buy as benchmark show them to be almost equal, while 9800GTX seems to be a bit getter on most occasions....
^^ Which benchmarks, in almost everything 4850 is faster, not to mention monthly driver updates improving performance.
Infact it nearly touches gtx 260 in some games, its a no brainer the 4850 its a new design, it has dx 10.1 which NV says it partially has.. check the performance in Assasins creed, the 4xxx series simply obiliterates competition at same price point...
9800GTX keeps up in some games but 4850 pulls ahead. But the card runs hot & for the money the 4850 takes the 9800GTX.
