Some help would be appreciated since i dont have a gaming comp. Any suggestions on integrated Video Card?

Integrated graphics are definately problamatic for you. A PCI Express x16 slot can be upgraded to HD2600xt or 8600gt for around $50 to play on at least minimum settings. your CPU can handle these low settings.
Download and run cpuz then post a screen shot of the Mainboard tab.

Yes, you have a PCI Express slot.
Now it depends on how much you want to spend for the Video Card.

I tried to install the ECS Geforce card N6600LE but when installing drivers it says that the card is not found.

It is not even possible thru device manager. An error is showing while installing thru device manager. The errer is something CODE 43 stating that that Windows stopped the device because some problem is reported.

I think the card is installed properly but cannot find out what problem is causing that. Pls help.
