ATI 4670 keeps crashing PLEASE HELP

Just got an HIS Radeon 4670 1gb AGP card today. I've tried a few of the hotfixes already, but am still having problems. Whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube my screen goes black and the pc reboots. Been working on this for 6 hours now and I still can't figure it out. Please give me some suggestions!

Before i suggest you something about this i just wanted to know that have you tried installing the latest driver for your card??? if not then try out that first and then let me know if the same issue exists.

Hi! Yes, I tried the latest drivers, but it's just not working right. I don't know what else to do. 7 hours now I've been working on this and I can't get it right.

I go into Safe Mode
I uninstall and clean the registry
I disable HD audio drivers
I boot for 8 minutes(it is that slow when I uninstall and clean registry)
I install a hotfix version
Reboot
Go onto YouTube
Black screen
PC reboots itself

I've got it running now, and it seems to be working okay with the latest hotfix, BUT I can't get it to run anything Flash. I've tried going on YouTube and DailyMotion and it keeps asking me to install Flash Player, but when I try to it crashes and reboots. I can't figure it out and can't find any explanation or fix.
