Samsung Crystal Air Track Surround system not working

I have bought a Samsung Surround sound system. It’s Crystal Surround Air Track sound system with a wireless Sub woofer. I have connected my sound system to my LG-LH40 TV. The level of Volume I am getting is low even when the volume bar of the system shows full. The sound is coming but with a Surround sound system it should be very high. The connection is done as per the instruction given in the Manual book that came along with the system. I was using the Optical cable for connecting.
Now I don’t know what is the problem related to? Is it I have not connected it properly or any other issue? Please help me out to fix this problem.

Try connecting your Sound bar with the Optical cable. There will be audio output on your TV. Connect the Optical cable to from TV output to your Crystal Surround Air Track surround sound system. There will be RCA panel reading “OUT” connect it here and now adjust the sound setting. May be this would help you.

Check out the Cable that you are connecting to your Sound Bar. The Optical cable or the Analogue cable that you use should have the compatibility with your TV as well as the Sound Bar. Connect firmly from both the end.

I am facing the same problem from my Samsung Air Track surround sound system. I have tried connecting it to my TV with Optical cable, but the result was nothing. Then I purchased the audio cable to make it work but that too failed to work. The result is the same the Air Track sound is not the sound like the other Home theater do. I have also tried Samsung surround sound system to Blu-Ray and to my PS3. But the result is the same. Now I have call up the Samsung center to sort out this problem.

There are buttons given on the Remote of the TV as well as on the Samsung Sound system. Use those Presets buttons like “News, Cinema, and Music”. They do affect the woofer sound. May be changing it to “music” mode may help.

If you are finding it difficult to adjust the Samsung sound bar to balance TV sound. Then return it to Samsung Center and get a new one. There are many Sound bar system available in the Market. I have heard that the Samsung sound bar works only with the Samsung Model TV. Check the Sound bar system with your neighbor Samsung TV. If the problem still persist than try having Sound bar of different brand. Still the choice is all yours.

If you have check all your connections, wires, sound setting and still you are not getting your problem solved than call the Samsung customer service and tell them all that you have gone through. They can assist you in much better way.

Probably it’s a manufacturing defect. Even I was going all through this in my Samsung Sound Bar. I have got replaced by the Samsung authorized dealer. But the replacement procedure is pain in the Head. It took around two months to get the Crystal Surround Air sound system replaced. At a last resort option, you can replaced your device.
