Acer S211HLbd is not responding in new computer

I have recently assembled my computer with Asus P8P67 motherboard and 2Gb RAM, 500GB hard disk and Galaxy 56NGH6HS4IXZ GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphic card. I have bought Acer S211HLbd monitor and after assembling my whole computer I am not facing any problem with my computer. But from last two days I am facing one issue with my computer and monitor. Now whenever I start the computer at that time my screen says that there is no signal. How to fix this issue?

If you are using the graphic card in your computer then I would like to suggest you that first check following thing. Try to use the monitor connecting with graphic card HDMI slot and after that switch on the computer. Now after restarting the computer check whether same problem is coming or not? If you are not facing this problem after connecting it on HDMI port then I think there is something wrong with your CPU VGA port. I hope this trick will help you to detect the problem.

I think you should first check your monitor by connecting it with other CPU. If you are able to use your monitor with other CPU then I think there is something wrong with your motherboard or graphic card connectivity. According to me detach all the cards and RAM from your motherboard and after that attaches it again at right place now try to use the monitor with your computer again. I think after doing that you will not find any issue. If you want to know anything more then let me know.

If same problem is coming again and again after trying all above tricks then I think there is something wrong with your monitor hardware. I will suggest you to give your monitor to the service center and after giving it in service center ask for the solution regarding your problem. As you have said that you have purchased the new monitor it means it is in warranty and you will get the service at free of cost. I think after that your problem gets solved and your problem will not come again.

After reading your reply I have tried to solve the problem by connecting my monitor with HDMI port. After connecting the monitor with the HDMI port when I turn on the monitor at that time my monitor was working fine, but after that I again tried this thing with VGA port but same problem was coming again. Now I have decided to go with HDMI cable only. I am really thankful to you and your ideas worked for me perfectly. I really appreciate your help.
