Sony Bravia 40HX803 goes in standby mode

I got this new Sony Bravia 40HX803 and was really excited to have it.All was working fine for first few days and then disaster struck. I don’t know but for some reasons the TV goes straight to stand-by mode. What happens is that the TV just flicker for some time and then it just continues. What does this mean and what if anything can I do to fix it? Please do get back to me on this as I am really getting worried about this.

Right now what you need to do is that you just have to go right to the place from where you got the TV and just show it to then .I would say that I just cant find any reason why this has happened and would say that that is the best solutions that you can use.Also I feel that once they will check the problem then everything will be alright and there wont be any problem at all.So this is what I will say and I am sure that once you use this solutions then you can get away with the issue.

Even I would suggest you the same thing where you can just call the call center so they can troubleshoot this problem.If you are saying that you have got this TV just a few days ago then I really don’t find any major reason why your TV goes in the stand by mode.Maybe I do feel that the setting in the system might have gone wrong that that is the reason why this is the problem.SO that is the reason why I do feel that it should be relatively easy to get it resolved whatever their diagnosis.

Thanks a lot for the prompt replies.I just had a look at the solutions that you have put up and would say that this is really something that is really amazing. Also what I would say is that I have already given a call to the call center people but I haven’t been able to get a positive response from their side.So this is the reason I turned up here in the hope that I will get some solutions to get away with this terrible problem that I am facing.So I would tell you that if there are any other solutions that are available then please do get back to me.

I would say that the TV that you have got must be in the warranty period and hence the better option would be that you should go to the store and then get it replaced. So I guess that it will really be very good. So you can get a new TV and I am sure that there won’t be any problem in that one. So this is what I feel you need to do to solve the problem that you are facing. And then once you use them then everything will be alright with you.
