I just had a look at the question that you have put and would ask you that do you know the location it was installed in. What you can do is you can go to the download section on the ASUS site and then find out your card. Here you can just select the OS and under utilities you will get to see the Gamer OSD. Here you can uninstall it and your problem will be solved immediately. So follow this solution and then I am sure your problem will be solved immediately.

I think that you need to uninstall the Gamer OSD and then leave smart doc. I am sure everything will work properly. Also you do remember that the version which you will install again should be the same as that was before. And then just uninstall it from control panel. This is the best possible option that you can use and I am sure that this will solve the problem that you are facing. Also if you wish then you can even go for the Revo uninstaller.

Maybe getting a Revo uninstaller will be a very good option to uninstall the Gamers OSD .I hope that you all will provide us with some other solutions as well to fix this issue.
