As much I know about this that the new MultiSync EA series, NEC Display Solutions meets these needs exactly. The first model of this series is called EA191M and is characterized by high quality display and picture at an attractive price. NEC Display Solutions has always been sensitive to environmental issues, has chosen to use environmentally friendly technologies and materials. This is reflected by the mark EPEAT Silver Label (Electronics Product Environmental Assessment Tool) on the product. The EA191M is fitted with Carbon Footprint Calculator to ensure greater transparency in terms of CO2 emissions.

Re: Is NEC EA191M a good monitor?

Actually The NEC MultiSync EA191M is the first model of the new EA series. In this market segment is given particular attention to components and environmentally friendly technologies. The EPEAT system compares the electronic devices based on 23 mandatory environmental criteria, such as consumption and energy efficiency, the use of hazardous substances, recycling, packaging or method of production. If a product complies with these 23 mandatory criteria, you will automatically receive the certificate "Bronze." To reach EPEAT "Gold" and "Silver" is necessary to meet additional criteria (28 for Gold, 21 Silver). The model NEC MultiSync EA191M, awarded EPEAT Silver Label, allows companies to contain costs considerably. So this is what I know about the same and I am sure that this will reduce your confusion.
