Does ASUS PA246Q is suitable for high resolution image editing

I want a monitor a high resolution image editing work. For that someone recommend me to go for a IPS monitor which is much more powerful and better. The resolution for that is simple and better also. I found this monitor very functional with lots of connection output that you can try. What monitor do you consider for the same. I am not able to find models in the same category. I found this as a costly but for my work I can really afford to buy this. Does there is some type of similar model in the same range also. Thanks.

This monitor is announced long back. This monitor comes with a P-IPS panel with a response time GTG 6 ms, this screen displays a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. So that makes the monitor a quiet enough strong to meet the current needs. It is right a very functional monitor. The monitor gives you a viewing angles horizontally and vertically reaching 178 degrees and has VGA, DVI-D, HDMI 1.3 and DisplayPort 1.1a. The same also comes with a 7-in-1 card reader which is integrated and also has two USB 2.0 ports for other output.

This monitor does not has a really great contrast ratio. It is time that LG lowers the price of its slabs because I would say that the Samsung F2380M is one that I will recommend you for a better price and also it provides you a contrast ratio of 3000:1 with a brightness of 200 cd / m². To some extent I will recommend you as fits the budget also and also has a power quiet similar to the model what you see. But there are other more models in the similar range also that you can try out. I find this fit for the cost.

In my view I found Samsung F2380M not too wide. In that if you take the Eizo 245, the contrast is 1000:1. I had found that nobody complains about it so this is not a sufficient criterion. I just hope we can take him down to 100 candelas for photo editing. It adopts the IPS technology, more precisely, the P-IPS. It is able to display 98% of Adobe RGB color profile and 100% of the sRGB profile. One thing which is quiet impressive in Asus brand is that it has a feature called Virtual Quickfit Scale can display wide document with the help of grids in size. Always practical in assessing what gives his work in reality.
