Net TV not working with Philips 40PFL7065

Philips 40PFL7065, the whole thing works very well, except Net TV. After a few minutes with a layer of gray Net TV appears on the screen. It looks like a black plastic film on the screen and not going away. Yesterday afternoon was green instead of gray! The remote does not work if that happens, just power on / off button. I do not saw this type of question before yet that’s why I don’t know the solution that who I can solve this issue. Please help me.

I talk about this already in the hotline phone support. The comment was, it Happen only in conjunction with LAN (cable). Despite of this comment that I have this problem with Wi-Fi in my 40pfl7605 among 140,025 in SW too. There are a large number of teething troubles in Net TV. Although Philips seems to be very rare in the forum we hope to work on the problems of software. I hope this will help you. If it work for you then fine.

Please NetTV as speed is very slow indeed. I establish the older Application GALLERY easier to use:

• Can you add a little more application of the screen and the page in the Gallery of APP, now only 4 applications are displayed on screen.
• Unable to test an application APP gallery, add to your favorites first.
• When you add a favorite application, the screen lights up and the screen displays your favorites. This is very annoying when you want to add more than one application

I have the similar problem with my Philips 40PFL7605H/12. Everything works very well apart from NetTV. After a few minutes NetTV a layer of semi-transparent gray or pink color on the screen. I am not capable to observe the screen and therefore the remote control becomes ineffective and can only turn on / off the TV. I have this difficulty with both wireless and cable. The recommendation I received from the helpline is to call the local support for them to test the TV in their laboratories.

Regarding this issue semitransparent layer, victor and silvesen will have the main board replaced. I have informed my local support about it, but I've put on hold because I expect the reaction of the department of development and to see victor and silvesen what is the best thing to do is. After observing the feedback I will going to decide whether I replace my main board or not. You can change your main board may it will solve your problem.

I realized that it is totally unpredictable when the problem occurs. I have been asked by the moderator, to obtain images and videos that show you what I did. Now my documentation is in the hands of the Department of Development and an official report about this problem has been created. I hope my documentation will be useful to identify the real root cause and resolve it. For this reason I have local support pending until we have an official opinion of the department of development and response to end users (especially those who have or will have the motherboard replaced). Anyway here Philips preliminary information would be really respected.
