Game crashes after installing AMD HD 6850 graphic card

In my system there is a Intel ‘s core i-5 760 installed , 400 watt power supply of cool master , if you ask me about the RAM it is DDR -3 2 gb ram , there is 320GB of hard disk space that runs at 7200 rpm and last but not the least AMD 6850 high definition graphic card installed in the system , I have highlighted it because I reckon that is the root cause of my issue , after had installed the extension card my few games crashed , I do not know why this is happening , please help me out to resolve this issue , I am really tired off installing games multiple times . Well as you had mentioned in your question that after you had installed the graphic card in your system your games started crashing , but you have not mentioned that were you using a graphic card of some other brand prior to this, please let us know about that . But most probably it seems that this problem is somewhat relevant to the drivers . Some people may point this out as a PSU error , had it been a PSU issue, driver crashing error should not come. If it really was a PSU , your system would have shut down/restart or else you would have come across BSOD in middle of game.

Whatever be the cause of the issue , it does not bother me at all , I am just aware of the exact solution for this issue , please follow the given instructions.

• I will ask you to Download and install the Driver Sweeper .
• Please uninstall all ATI related drivers from control panel with the help of ati catalyst install manager .
• After that you can Reboot in safe mode.
• Run the tool which I just asked you to install in the above step and choose ati and clean everything.
• Then after that you can Reboot in normal mode.
• Again install the appropriate driver for the graphic card .

10.10e. is at present the best drivers for any ati card, also a lot of users in forums are experiencing a range of problems with 10.11 and 10.12 drivers(I had my initial ever BSOD with 10.12 drivers, at what time my monitor went to sleep, happened frequently, a lot of users are also getting this problem with 10.11), so make use of 10.10e, this should resolve everything. I am also using 10.10e. If this does not resolve the issue it then just find a new PSU(corsair 450VX, or gigabyte superb 550w ought to do it) . Hope you got my point.

When I had faced this issue I was being told to install a tool called Furmark , but most of the people are unaware about this tool and wonder what Furmark is and what is the situation of the installing it here. Your 400W PSU is more than enough to power the rig. There is no way we can determine at this point that this is a PSU problem . First and primary we have to test out the software and hardware placement diagnostics. In the above post someone evidently mentioned in his first post that his drivers goes off, and the system reboots. Since when did driver reboot occur due to faulty hardware? Also he has stated that only one game crashes. Well without any much explanation I will recommend you to get your card replaced as soon as possible.
