GTX 470 issue with no signal on Dual monitors

I have desktop machine and use dual monitors for the same. The system is been installed with Windows Vista. I use GTX 470 video card and the problem is that I am not able to work well or get the signal output on both the monitors while booting the system. I do not know what could have been the issue. Please do help me out and make the desired thing to be processed well and function that is needed. So do look out.
