Touch screen monitors

Now with the recent launch of all-in-one PC's, I was wondering, are there any touch screen LCD monitors (19" - 24") available in India?

Well to be particular I am not sure if in India we have any good LCD monitor with touch screen feature. You can try out on Google search if you can get such monitors.
But I still think touch screen as a monitors feature in not a worth idea.
