Power button on Envision monitor locked

I am using Envision G2219W1 LCD Monitor at my home. It is currently showing me that my startup OSD is locked. I have concerned this with my friends and even searched for this on internet but didn't found any results. Is there any solution for power button on Envision monitor locked problem?

To unlock the OSD menu:

• If the monitor is ON, press the Power button to turn the monitor off.
• Press and hold the brightness, contrast and menu keys simultaneously.
• While holding these keys down, press Power to turn the monitor on.
• Let go of the keys.

This problem generally occurs if a power fluctuations might have occured at your place. I would recommend you to take your monitor to some hardware shop and get it repaired. Otherwise call the Envision company to support to fix this problem.

The solution is very simple. Just unplug it and wait for about 20 seconds and then hold the Power button along with plugging the wire in. This generally works on almost every monitor. However if your case is exceptional then I would recommend you to contact manufacturer or use their manual for assistance.
