Intel D915GAV & Nvidia geforce 9500 gt COMPATIBILITY!!!

I am planning to buy a 1GB nvidia geforce 9500 gt graphics card for my pc soon..So my question is will it work with my intel D915 GAV motherboard???If yes,then how to install it (software wise)??

PC CONFIG:
P4 3ghz ht
1.5gb ddr1 ram at 400mhz
intel 915GAV mb (has one PCIe x16 slot)
450 watt PSU

Yes, the Nvidia geforce 9500gt graphic card is compatible with Intel D915GAV. And for installation, you just place your graphic card in the expansion slot of PCI Express x16 and install the latest driver from the nvidia site.

Yes, 4670 and 4650 are anytime better...

Well, HD 4670 provides great speed, it is roughly twice as fast as the 9500GT. And I think 4670 closely performs to the level of 9600GT, which is step up from 9500GT

There are many companies which provides a better cpu at a reasonable rates. Like asus. Asus 7600GS with 256MB support gpu comes around $49.99. Asus 4650 comes around $68.40. Then ATI is one of the graphic card provider. ATI has bit costlier card. The price range depends upon your requirement. There are many website on the net which some time offers a great price. Just rattle around on some shopping site.
