Graphics card doesn't work

Hello Friends,

Recently i had bought a new ATI Radeon 9250 graphics card for my computer. I had uninstalled all the previous graphic cards from my system and had inserted the new graphic card in it. But after inserting the new ATI Radeon 9250 graphic card, i tried to turn on my system. But after turning on the system i only found the black screen and nothing seems to be coming on the screen. It was only showing the steady black screen on my desktop. I don't know understand what actually went wrong from my side. Can any body help me out to get rid of the above problem? Any kind of information on the above issue would be appreciated.

Maybe you did int plug your 6pin cables to your graphics card. If that dose not work i would call the the brand of the power supplys and asked them if they knew what was wrong and your graphic card support company. You can get their support numbers off line.

"The "no signal" you see indicates the monitor isn't receiving a signal from the video card. It can take time for the monitor to detect/synch with the video card's output enough time that you may not see the BIOS/POST output.

If you don't hear any beeps that could be because it's OK and you're just not seeing the BIOS/POST output, or because it's dead. Start hitting DEL/F1 or whatever your motherboard requires to enter BIOS setup immediately after applying power and see what happens.

If that doesn't work, remove/disconnect everything except CPU/fan, speaker, minimum memory and video card. Then clear CMOS.
