What card for AMD64 ?

I have a amd64 3400 + and my graphics card (gf6800). I installed emergency card FX5200 but rowing. What card can I put in place which would give me a performance equal to or greater than what I had with my gf6800?

You have a IGP (Integrated Circuit Chart [For simplicity, circuit graph into the motherboard]) probably better to stay some time on it and make a new configuration.

if you are in PCI Express and want to invest, you can also consider buying a good card that you used in your next config (?), but personal I will not do here, usually we like to buy any same time

I doubt that Nvidia will be fun to do a repeat of its FX when he was already out of its GeForce 6 Series. (Release Year in the same way) Unless it has a motherboard with an AGP port and a port PCI-E.
