AMD has leaked its plans to launch the latest 45nm AMD Phenom II processors in the first quarter of 2009.It will release the fastest version of the 45nm chip, the Phenom II X4 950 rated at 3.1GHz,8MB cache(6MB L3 and 512KB L2 for each core), sometime in the second quarter of 2009.The Phenom II X4 950 supports DDR3, 1333MHz memory.
The leaked slides shows following Phenom II processors coming from AMD:

- AMD Phenom II X4 925 - 2.8GHz,8MB total cache
