Radeon 1950 Can I capture video with this card?

I have a Radeon video card - 1950. I want to hook up my old video camera that has an s-video out to the s-video connector on this Radeon video card and transfer the data to my computer for editing.

The Radeon site is terrible. I can't find the link to the manual for this card.

    1. Does anyone have this link for the manual? I've searched and searched...
    2. Does anyone know if the s connector on this card allows input? Can I capture the video from my old camera?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Cyndi
