MTNL does not provide the desired services along with the speed

Good Morning to all of you, this is my first post on this forum as I got to know that this forum really helps to provide good solutions. I have enrolled this new internet connection from MTNL last month with the unlimited plan that offers 1mbps speed at the cost of Rs900, but ever since I have got this connection running on my system I have found that I have been getting only 512Kbps speed which is really slow for me as I have to do allot of important office task sitting at home. I have been trying to contact then for 2 weeks now and still I haven’t got any response from their side. The employees are constantly making some excuses and have just giving false suggestion that the speed is OK from their side. I live in Mumbai so can some one help me to know how can I be able to reach them or compliant about them so that my speed increases and I get the desired speed as well as service.

I think the best way to get the company know your problem is that by sending them mails that should contain your Name , Address , Plan No. and Account No and you will have to mention all your problem and even mention the days that have been passed you are facing with this problem. Also, you can mention the difficulty that you have faced by the employees of the company that are not responding you on time to solve your problem . The mail should be send to the High Authority Department of the company and once it gets delivered you are sure to get the services that you want.

I have been using this same plan and no doubt I have been provided with the same speed as they have been prescribed that is 1mbps. I also live in Mumbai and I think that MTNL really provide with the best services and the speed as compared to the other vendors that even provide with the internet connection in the city. MTNL has been a very good provider in the city so far providing good speed and services at a very cheap cost. I think that by calling to the customer care number and informing your problem to the executive will surely help you in solving the problem .The company executive will surely respond to your problem once you have register your compliant.

Thank you friend for your quick reply, I have been tried all the stuff that you have mentioned on your post and I haven’t been provided with any solution to my problem yet. I have called on the MTNL customer number and have registered a compliant to them but still I haven’t received with the response at my door step. I have even send the mails to the company mailing address but was of no use, I haven’t got the authentication of the mail that I have send to them. I am really fed up of this as first of all my net speed is very slow and also none of them are responding to me on time. I think that I have to give up with this connection if they didn’t solve this problem on time.

Hey I think I have got a solution to overcome your problem the solution is to change your ip address of your computer system it worked for me and then restart your modem, this was the same thing that the company employee did when I was also facing with the same problem. If you are able to recover from your problem with this then it is good for your if no then I think that the ultimate solution is to directly go to their head office that is located in your locality closed to your house and complaint them about what problem you are facing with the company services and the speed. I hope that the company will have to respond you for your problem after that because if not they will have to loose their customer which they would not like.
