    Calculate Data Usage in Reliance Broadband Plus

    I have recently bought a Reliance Broadband Plus and i am very much happy with its speed and downloads. Actually i have a limitation up to 10 Gb usage but when i try to have a look at my usage on its web site then it shows used one in the KBs. I am getting confused by adding them manually, Is there any simple way by which i can calculate the data usage in Reliance Broadband Plus.

    I have bit similar kind of issue, Actually i am a new user to reliance netconnect+ and i just do not from where to see the total amount of usage which i have used using this service. And can anybody tell me how to log in to their web site as when i tried to do the same, I have been asked for phone number, I typed my MDN no so i got an error as "Either this is a prepaid phone number or a postpaid phone number which is not valid." What should i do now?

    I am using the Huawei EC1260 USB card and have got reliance internet connection and i think there is no need to log in on their web site. I do not have ideas about other models but i have given you the procedure as follows according to this particular model.
    1. Disconnect and shutdown your EC1260 modem.
    2. Now open notepad and then open "PluginsConfig.xml" from Netconnect Installation path.
    3. Change line from
    '<!--item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/-->' to the

    '<item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/>'
    4. Save and exit.
    5. Connect modem and then start Reliance Netconnect.
    6. Go to the "Statistics" tab where you would be having the Uploading and downloading usage.

    Re: Calculate Data Usage in Reliance Broadband Plus

    I think it is much simpler to calculate by Kbs as you just have to clear your mind that 1024 kb is equivalent to the 1 Mb. So according to this calculation you can have your usage in MBs and if you want to calculate it in GBs then it can also be done in similar way as 1024 Mb is equivalent to 1 Gb. Here you can say that 1 Gb equals to the 1048576 Kbs. You just need to note down this number and so on you can multiply or divide to convert it into KBs to GBs or vice versa.

    According to me, you have got enough solutions for calculating the Data Usage of your Reliance Broadband Plus connection and even if you do not get what you want then i guess you must directly contact with the Reliance Customer Care from where you would be getting help to know about your usage from start to end.
