problem in Siemens type 1 modem (BSNL)

Sir,
Two days ago I had to change my modem as my old modem was not working.
While operating the modem a site comes out from motive.bsnl.co. Which ask me to download the Self Care Software.
While downloading the software I had to disconnect my modem as the electricity goes off.
Now after that my modem did to work.
What I should do ?
Please guide me
My modem is of Siemens type 1.supplied by bsnl

Refer the user manual of the router and get the default IP of the router. Login to the router by entering the default IP address in the address bar of Internet explorer. Enter the correct user name and password which you can find in the user manual. Once logged in to the router, go to the maintenance tab and select "Reset to Factory settings". Now reboot the router using Factory settings. Now login to the router and configure the router according to the settings which are provided by BSNL. Save the configuration and see if the router works.
