Please help me to find drivers for Drivers for LG Studioworks 700S Monitor
Thankyou
I need Drivers for Windows XP.
Monitor is installed properly on XP as plug and play monitor but there is a lot of color change on right-bottom of it.
I need drivers for windows 98 too
I do not have a UPS and yes speaker is kept adjacent to monitor.
I switched off speakers but still there is a color change.
Color change was not there on other place. I moved this monitor
i am Confused
Is there any heavy Appliance like an AC,cooler, refregirator, iron box etc.,?any of theese items cause interferance.
The speaker amplifier (of my zebronics 5.1,it has seperate amp) causes interferance on my LG Flatron (its 2 feet away).
As i said degauss the monitor and see if it solves the prob.Sometimes stray magnetic field developes inside the monitor.
I don't think its a driver issue as the monitor is detected properly as a PnP monitor.
hi kumar,
thank you for help there are just 2 more machines near to monitor
will that be a reason ??
I have switched of the speakers and not removed them too
but still same problem, there is a telephone kept near monitor too
Even when the speakers are off they still can produce Magnetic waves.
Keep the skeapers away from the monitor, What skeapers are u using? Good make/quality speakers are Magnetically Shielded, If you are using a low end/quality they wont be Magnetically Shielded,
Just keep the speakers away from the monitor.
Let me know
NOooo, Move them away from the monitor!!
Take the speaker to the other room or something..........
you get the idea??
Humm bottom right......r there any magnetic thingies near (or below) the monitor which u might have left while shifting the monitor (as u said).
and
DID U DEGAUSS THE MONITOR?
i said above all things kept near monitor.Originally Posted by kumar
What is Degauss monitor ?
Did u try moving the speakers away from the monitor?
Degauss, You should have that option In the monitor.
On the monitor click on Menu u should have it here.
In the menu there will be an option to manually degauss the monitor (itll say something like "DEGAUSS ON/OFF").Use it.
Degaussing is a method to remoove any stray magnetism which causes undesired effects to the picture quality (like what u r experiancing).By degaussing,u send a very powerfull magnetic field throught the degaussing coils in the monitor which cancells out any other magnetic fields. Here is the warning DON'T DO IT TOO OFTEN ITS ENOUGH TO DEGAUSS ONCE A MONTH.that too only if u have probs as it will stress the monitor circuits to a VERY HIGH amount.
Good the problem has been solved!
See my first post:
It might have been solved then itself.
The color change might be due to speakers or UPS.Moove them away from the monitor and then degauss it(refer manual).
Even if the UPS is 2-3 feet away,it may cause problems.
