M510 wireless Mouse not working on my ASUS laptop

I have ASUS laptop and running Windows 7 Operating System on it. I have purchased a new M510 wireless mouse. But it is not working. I have tried to connect to various ports but it is still unable to start. The mouse lights up indicating it Is connected but do not work. What should I do?? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    • Initially unplug your mouse and uninstall the drivers-control panel>>programs and features
    • After that click on device manager and delete all the devices.
    • Then uninstall the devices in the tab “Human Interface Devices” and after that you should check in the box that shows “Delete the driver software for this device”.
    • Search “Regedit” and open it. In that u will finda file ‘DS3’.using ctrl+f delete DS3.exe file.
    • After that unplug your receiver boot
    • Plug In ur receiver in

I think this should solve your problem.okkk…

You should display all the hidden files to find the DS3 file. This is the main problem that is affecting you.

I think you should drop into the Logitech store and get it replaced or repair. if you have taken from the Logitech shop you will have the warranty card and they will replace your Wireless mouse for free or repair your mouse. They will not charge you for repairing also.

I don’t find any clue to sort out your problem but u can do one thing you should roll back your computer prior installing your drivers. you can also format your ASUS LAPTOP and restart over again and again. Reboot .Give me your feedback.
